Andy Owen has been with Keysight Technologies for 16 years as an RF solution engineer, and has multiple IP awards, including two patents pertaining to high-frequency measurements. With expertise in component test and complex signal analysis and generation, he has provided test solutions to customers ranging from mm-wave amplifier characterization solutions to full base station manufacturing test systems, including custom software and hardware.
